  • Lead a project team to deliver Java/Microsoft-based application development solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Engage in project planning and management, including sprint planning, leading daily stand-ups, resource assignment, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and the Product Owner.
  • Manage processes, drive improvements, and foster team building.
  • Report sprint progress and project status to stakeholders.
Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 12Project Management Certification / QualificationMin 8 years experience in a project management roleStrong understanding of software development life cycle models.Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.Ability to blend Agile and traditional project management approaches in a business environment.
