Develop the overall project budget, including staffing requirements
Ensure that each program meets its defined objectives
Align priorities with the Department Manager and Engineering Director
Monitor, control, and manage tasks to ensure compliance with the LCM (Life Cycle Management) process
Identify and communicate critical project paths and major risks
Address project challenges and resolve conflicts effectively
Gather and analyze information to identify opportunities for improvement
Manage communication channels to ensure smooth project execution
Report on project progress as required
Collaborate and reach consensus with project teams across AEC sites
Coordinate with sub-contractors as needed during development
Work with customers and/or support program management to ensure deliverables and milestones are met as agreedSkills & Experience:
A minimum of 5xe2x80x9310 years of Project Management experience
Proven experience in owning program strategy with end-to-end delivery and presenting results to senior management
A relevant engineering qualification, complemented by a project management diploma or equivalent
Extensive experience in analytical, strategic, and planning functions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
Financial, contractual, and commercial skills, with strong negotiating abilitiesQualification:
BScEng or relevant project management certification or training
Experience in an electronic or high-tech environment is highly desirable
Experience in the aerospace industry, with knowledge of software and hardware development processes
