• Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge HVAC projects
• Oversee large-scale industrial HVAC systems, from concept to completion
• Manage estimation, and budgeting and ensure projects run smoothly and on time
• Supervise technical teams and contractors, keeping everyone aligned with project goals
• Report regularly on progress to management and meet key milestones
• Prepare essential technical documents for project approval and success
• Maintain change logs and variation orders with meticulous detail
• Stay on top of project schedules to avoid delays and mitigate penalties
• Oversee claims processes, ensuring accuracy and resolution of queries

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design and construction management
• Expertise in managing the technical aspects of multiple HVAC projects
• Strong estimation and cost control experience in project tendering
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites
• A valid drivers license is essential
• Professional Registration (PR Eng/PR Tech) is required

Qualification:
