Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with capital markets strategies.



Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.



Monitor project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and identifying potential risks.



Ensure successful completion of goals and milestones.

Resource Planning:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.



Allocate resources effectively and assign duties to the project team.

Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify project requirements.



Incorporate client feedback and maintain strong client relationships.

Team Coordination:

Oversee task coordination among team members to ensure successful project implementation.



Develop and monitor progress through detailed project plans.

Team Development & Leadership:

Foster mutual trust and cooperation within the team.



Handle conflicts, disputes, and grievances while developing leadership skills.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain project documentation and prepare management reports.



Utilise tools like KeyedIn Projects (for time and expense) and SharePoint (for document control).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams, system analysts, operations, and legal/compliance to ensure smooth project delivery.



Relevant Degree or Diploma.



Proven experience in project management.



Strong client-facing and communication skills (both verbal and written).



Solid organisational and multitasking skills.



Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Capital Markets and Treasury Banking technology is a plus.



Team player with industry networking and business development proficiency.
