Job Description

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multi-disciplinary and multi-phase industrial projects. The role focuses on delivering successful projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company processes.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Lead and manage complex multi-disciplinary industrial projects through their full lifecycle Ensure project delivery within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards Develop and maintain project management plans and documentation Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, subcontractors, and vendors Drive financial performance through budget control and cash flow management Implement risk management strategies and quality control measures Mentor and guide project team members Identify and develop business opportunities with existing clients Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all project phases

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (B.Eng or BSc) Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) advantageous Professional Project Management registration (Pr. CPM) advantageous Contract management training (ECC & PSC) beneficial

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years' experience in multi-disciplinary project management Demonstrated experience in complete project lifecycle management (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning) Practical site construction experience Proven track record in successful delivery of large-scale projects

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCIES

Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of PMBOK project management principles Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 In-depth understanding of contract management Comprehensive grasp of project scheduling Sound knowledge of regulatory and safety governance Strong understanding of business principles and organizational processes

Skills:

Advanced computer literacy (MS Office suite) Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Projects) Experience with ERP systems and project collaboration platforms Excellent technical competency Strong communication abilities
