PURPOSE OF ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage multi-disciplinary and multi-phase industrial projects. The role focuses on delivering successful projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with company processes.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Lead and manage complex multi-disciplinary industrial projects through their full lifecycle
• Ensure project delivery within agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain project management plans and documentation
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Drive financial performance through budget control and cash flow management
• Implement risk management strategies and quality control measures
• Mentor and guide project team members
• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing clients
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards across all project phases

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (B.Eng or BSc)
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) advantageous
• Professional Project Management registration (Pr. CPM) advantageous
• Contract management training (ECC & PSC) beneficial

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years' experience in multi-disciplinary project management
• Demonstrated experience in complete project lifecycle management (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning)
• Practical site construction experience
• Proven track record in successful delivery of large-scale projects

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCIESKnowledge:

• Thorough understanding of PMBOK project management principles
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• In-depth understanding of contract management
• Comprehensive grasp of project scheduling
• Sound knowledge of regulatory and safety governance
• Strong understanding of business principles and organizational processes

Skills:

• Advanced computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Projects)
• Experience with ERP systems and project collaboration platforms
• Excellent technical competency
• Strong communication abilities
