Senior Project Manager Investment Data Projects
Job Description
This progressive insurance company is on the lookout for an individual to join their projects department as a Senior Project Manager - Investment Data Projects. The suitable candidate will need to have a keen interest in working within the project management environment.
This role is responsible for managing two projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, within the project governance framework. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through the efforts or others.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Delivers specified requirements and meets customer satisfaction.
- Delivers the required outcomes for each project, phase or stage.
- Ensures that quality is achieved as planned.
- Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances.
- Manages people, work and resources involved.
- Establishes and updates plans with actuals and forecasts.
- Manages deviations from plan.
Qualification:
- Completed relevant degree in finance, business, project management or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification or similar project management certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial services / investment data
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Investment Data, Data Sourcing / Processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
