A Company who specialises in providing cutting-edge fire prevention solutions, ensuring safety and compliance for businesses across various industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in the built environment to lead and manage projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, particularly in fire protection, wet services, or HVAC within the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Resourcing: Lead the planning, coordination, and resourcing of projects to ensure successful execution.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Project Financial Management: Manage project budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure profitability.
• OSHEM and Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, and Management regulations.
• Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts.
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

• Educational Qualification: NQF 6 in Project Management within the built environment.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years in project management within the built environment.
• Experience in fire protection is preferred.
• Experience in wet services or HVAC industries is a strong plus.
• Construction background required (no residential building industry candidates).
