Letxe2x80x99s change the game together.We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide projects, with a specific focus on SAP implementations in Johannesburg (Hybrid).The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project goals are met by developing and executing comprehensive project plans that align with business strategies. This includes defining project goals, strategies, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency planning, and resource allocation. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience managing SAP ECC or SAP FI module implementations.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Strategy:

• Develop detailed project plans that specify goals, strategies, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Align project objectives with the broader business strategy, ensuring that the project contributes to overall organizational goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring project continuity and success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Project Direction and Coordination:

• Direct and coordinate all activities related to the project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that project milestones are met and that the final deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Staffing and Resource Allocation:

• Determine the staffing needs for the project and collaborate with HR and other departments to assemble the necessary team.
• Allocate available resources effectively, ensuring that all project activities are adequately supported.
• Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Risk Management and Contingency Planning:

• Identify potential risks that could impact the project, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Establish contingency plans to address any unexpected challenges or changes in project scope.
• Regularly review and update risk management and contingency plans to ensure they remain effective throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas of concern.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

SAP Implementation Expertise:

• Lead the implementation of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP ECC or SAP FI modules.
• Ensure that SAP implementation aligns with the organization's business processes and meets all technical requirements.
• Manage the integration of SAP systems with existing business systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team and stakeholders on SAP best practices and implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualification: Degree or Honours.
• Preferred Qualification: Honours or Masters (General Degree).
• Registrations: PMP, Prince, or any recognized Agile affiliation (A plus).

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading enterprise-wide projects.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementations, particularly SAP ECC or SAP FI modules.
• Extensive experience in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of SAP systems, particularly SAP ECC and SAP FI modules.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
