Our client is dedicated to creating dynamic living and workspaces. With a growing property portfolio in South Africa and the USA, they aim to foster communities through thoughtful and sustainable property management.Role Overview:
The Senior Property Administrator will manage administrative functions across various properties, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. You will support property managers, oversee leasing processes, and manage financial records.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Oversee debtors management and financial reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Mentor junior staff and streamline processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of property administration experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with property management systems like Appfolio, Xero, and MDA.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
  • Own transport and phone.
  • Experience with South African and international property portfolios.
