Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
- Proven experience building and maintaining fintech, billing, or payment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Understanding of security best practices in fintech applications (e.g., PCI DSS, encryption).
- Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and in-office teams.
