Position Summary:The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role in championing quality across our organization. You will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor and coach junior QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline testing workflows and increase productivity.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in quality assurance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles, with a proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
