Our client is a well-established and highly regarded firm, renowned for delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors. Theyre expanding and looking to hire an additional Senior QS to their branch based in the Western Cape.Requirements:xc2xb7 Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/Building Sciencexc2xb7 Minimum 10 years experience within the construction industryxc2xb7 Must have a working knowledge of CCS estimating and planning modulesResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Preparation of cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, cost planning, Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Schedule of Rates all in accordance with relevant standards.xc2xb7 Management, preparation and administration of procurement advice, tenders, tender reviews and advice.xc2xb7 Management, preparation and administration of various contract forms to both consultant and contractors.xc2xb7 Management, preparation and administration of Interim valuations, Contractors claims and settlement of Final Accounts.Should you meet the minimum requirements for this position, please email your updated CV attached to engineering.jobs@tumaini.co.za , alternatively contact the team on XXX-XXXX or visit our website, www.tumaini.coCorrespondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
