We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor Based in Durban, KwaZulu-NatalIndustry: ConstructionLevel: SeniorKey Requirements:xc2xb7 BTech QS or BSc QS. (Honors advantageous)xc2xb7 8+ years in Quantity Surveying within the Building industry, with specific experience in Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, Education, and Industrial projects.xc2xb7 Software Proficiency: Experience with CCS, BuildSmart, QTO, Excel, Word, and DimX.xc2xb7 Strong cost control, cost management, and cost reporting skills. Experience in cost planning.xc2xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
