Committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying functions on the project as directed by the Project Manager on the project.Requirements (Skills and Experience)
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 8 Years' experience within the Civil Construction Industry
- CCS/Candy Experience
- Buildsmart System Experience
- FIDIC
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with large corporate entities
- Setting up and monitoring project specific commercial controls
- Compiling monthly payment certificates and maintaining an up-to-date final account
- Change Management - variations and claims
- Compiling monthly cost reports, cash flows and budgets
- Ensuring contractual compliance
- Risk management and cost control
- Monitors adherence to company procedures
- Subcontractor adjudication and administration
- Correspondence, commercial records and archiving
