Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Zanzibar.Key Requirements:

  • +15 years experience in quantity surveying with at least 5 years within a senior role
  • Must have construction experience specialising in residential and commercial buildings
  • B-Tech in Quantity Surveying or higher
  • Proven experience in managing large scale real-estate development projects
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, cost management and project management
  • Permanent role in Zanzibar which requires relocation
  • Interviews to be held in Cape Town
