Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication, providing updates on job progress and opportunities.
Placement Process: Manage candidate placements from proposal to confirmation or rejection, ensuring a seamless process.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent service by handling client and candidate inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.
Marketing & Promotion: Use social media and marketing channels to promote permanent recruitment services.
Collaboration: Share leads with colleagues and actively promote the company's full suite of services.
Performance: Meet and exceed personal targets for desk growth on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Teamwork: Participate in team initiatives and use company systems effectively to support day-to-day operations.
