As a key player in our recruitment division, you will play a crucial role in helping job seekers find their dream roles while providing our clients in niche industries with the perfect talent.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and market quality candidates from various job portals.
- Match candidates with suitable job vacancies based on client requirements.
- Interpret and work with job specifications received from clients.
- Proactively engage in business development to acquire new clients with recruitment needs.
- Handle client communications, including interview scheduling and offer negotiations.
- Market job adverts effectively on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Utilize and update various platforms and software to streamline processes and track tasks.
- Completed Degree or 3-year Diploma from a reputable University in a relevant field
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related field (3+ years)
- Passion for working with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
- Positive, energetic, and success-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with niche industries is a plus.
- Strong team player
