Senior Reporting Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, motivated Senior Reporting Manager to join our client's dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Manager, this role will lead the charge on Group consolidation and reporting, ensuring timely and high-quality financial management across multiple entities.Responsibilities:
- Manage Group consolidation and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Oversee successful Group and local statutory audits
- Lead the development and implementation of best-in-class reporting practices
- Serve as the technical accounting expert on IFRS compliance and accounting policies
- Collaborate on finance improvement projects, including system implementations and process efficiencies
- CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
- 3+ Years post-qualification experience
- Strong technical accounting background, with proven IFRS compliance expertise
- Experience in multi-national and multi-currency Group structures
- Proven ability to manage high-functioning teams and streamline processes
