You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team to identify, attract, and place qualified candidates into various roles within client organisations. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.Proclinical is an award-winning global Life Sciences recruitment business dedicated to helping great Life Sciences partners grow. As a continuously expanding international staffing company, we are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our exceptional sales training program. We partner with Life Science companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology sectors, placing the most specialized candidates into senior-level, specialist positions.Every day you will

• Identifying, approaching, and attracting prospect candidates within your specific market using a variety of sources and strategies
• Consistently hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI's in order to exceed targets
• Attending client briefings and feedback calls to develop understanding around client requirements and suitable profiles
• Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings, and interviewing potential candidates

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

• Professional German speaker
• Experience in Sales, Recruitment or Account Management
• Evidence of an excellent work ethic and a high level of resilience
• A demonstrable high-level of ambition to deliver with drive, enthusiasm and professionalism
• Computer savvy with a methodical approach to online and offline research
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain customer focused
