An industry-leading curator of exceptional, conservation-focused travel experiences across Africa, is looking for a SENIOR RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTIf youre passionate about luxury travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is your opportunity to work with one of the most unique and inspiring companies in the hospitality industry.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- A hospitality or tourism degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reservations role
- A proven track record of proven experience within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ResRequest is advantageous
- Residing in close proximity to Franschhoek and the surrounding areas is preferred.
- Confident, friendly and able to work well with other team members
- Office-based role. Mon - Fri, 08h00 - 17h00 (Able to work on some weekends if needed)
