Job Description
A Private Luxury Game Lodge is looking for a SENIOR RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTThe Senior Reservations Consultant will be responsible for accurately managing bookings from initial enquiry to booking confirmation and payment. Maximize occupancy, create and achieve exceptional service levels to customer by liaising and enhancing their experience. Receive and give feedback on telephonic, electronic and written enquiries. Manage deposits and outstanding payments.This is an office based role based in Lynwood Glen, Pretoria.Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma or degree would be beneficial
- 3 -5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Experience with PANstrat or similar software will be an advantage
- Strong business administration experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be a creative and innovative individual
- Efficient computer skills are a must
- Be self-motivated and results orientated
- In-depth knowledge of tourism industry operations, including rates, activities, and lodge operational procedures
- Be able to work within a team environment
- Strong customer relations skills in order to provide outstanding service
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
