• Lead and manage road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion with high-quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with design specifications and conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
• Administer construction contracts, including reviewing contractor payments, change orders, and claims.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on engineering issues, including design modifications and on-site problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and enforce safety protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed technical and financial reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc Eng / B.Eng / B.Tech Eng in Civil Engineering
• Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng registration
• Minimum 30 years of relevant experience on major road projects
• Experience with SANRAL roads
• Proven track record in project management and contract administration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
