Their passionate team will be responsible for ensuring that every customer finds the perfect outfit and accessories to express their unique styleMinimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 certificate
Experienced in using POS Systems
Minimum of 3-5 years retail sales experience, preferably in the clothing sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic financial transaction skills
Reliable and punctual
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferredDuties and Responsibilities:
Open and close store
Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing product information and personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register accurately
Stock and replenish merchandise as needed
Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Train and mentor junior sales assistants to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
Participate in and lead training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store policies
