• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus)
• 7+ years of proven experience in RPG development, with a strong command of RPG IV and ILE RPG programming
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining RPG applications in a business environment
• Proficiency with IBM iSeries (AS/400) systems and associated technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for tackling complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Experience with version control systems and modern development methodologies
