Purpose:xc2xb7 Essential administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, events, and daily tasks. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting sales team to achieve company goals.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Contribution: Monthly review and checking of margins on all Mobile orders (Nationally). Provide Monthly Manufacturing Stats of all Mobile units sold (Nationally).xc2xb7 Sales Force: Monitoring and managing up to date prospects (Warm, hot & follow-up) & pending orders.xc2xb7 Debtors: Assistance in cash collection on all Sales orders (Nationally).xc2xb7 Customer relationships: Planning and organisation of customer events, dealing with problematic clients/issues.xc2xb7 Sales: Assist with setting pricing on Mobiles and pricing/contribution on quotes/tenders which includes checking against customer specifications and terms and conditions.xc2xb7 Marketing: Management of the marketing budget which includes brand management, strategic advertising, PRs, editorial content, website, events, brochures, and promotional items.xc2xb7 Customer Survey: Monthly reporting of stats analysis.xc2xb7 Competitors: Consolidate information and reporting monthly of activity, offerings/specification.xc2xb7 Contracts: Assisting in negotiating favourable commercial terms on contracts and tenders won.xc2xb7 Expenses: Monthly monitoring of departmental expenses against budget.xc2xb7 ISO: Processes implementation and compliance.Minimum Qualification:xc2xb7 Grade 12.xc2xb7 Business Degree or equivalent.xc2xb7 Valid drivers license.Minimum Experience:xc2xb7 At least 7 years or more relevant experience.xc2xb7 Intermediate to advanced Excel use.Knowledge & Skills:xc2xb7 Modular Building or construction industry knowledge.xc2xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).xc2xb7 Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce Preferred).xc2xb7 Experience with Accounting Systems (Accpac Preferred).xc2xb7 Experience in sales and marketing administration preferred.
