Job Description
We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive in the IT industry to fulfill a wide range of responsibilities, including Infrastructure, Web, Hardware, Reserve Bank, Government Departments, and enterprise-level sales. This position is based in Gauteng and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven professional experience of at least 5 years
- Actively seek out and engage with new customers
- Utilize strategic networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques
- Provide strong leadership by overseeing sales executives and ensuring smooth task execution
- Address challenges and issues promptly and effectively
- Establish and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals
- Cultivate and expand relationships with both current and potential clients
- Coordinate impactful sales activities and initiatives
- Work with the human resources department to foster team success
- Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights
- Maintain thorough records of all sales transactions
- Create regular, informative sales reports
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products and pricing
- Document all sales team activities meticulously for ongoing enhancement
