A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven professional experience of at least 5 years
Duties:
Actively seek out and engage with new customers
Utilize strategic networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques
Provide strong leadership by overseeing sales executives and ensuring smooth task execution
Address challenges and issues promptly and effectively
Establish and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals
Cultivate and expand relationships with both current and potential clients
Coordinate impactful sales activities and initiatives
Work with the human resources department to foster team success
Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights
Maintain thorough records of all sales transactions
Create regular, informative sales reports
Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products and pricing
Document all sales team activities meticulously for ongoing enhancement
