Job Description


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven professional experience of at least 5 years
Duties:
  • Actively seek out and engage with new customers
  • Utilize strategic networking, cold calling, and lead-generation techniques
  • Provide strong leadership by overseeing sales executives and ensuring smooth task execution
  • Address challenges and issues promptly and effectively
  • Establish and exceed ambitious sales revenue goals
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with both current and potential clients
  • Coordinate impactful sales activities and initiatives
  • Work with the human resources department to foster team success
  • Analyze sales data to derive actionable insights
  • Maintain thorough records of all sales transactions
  • Create regular, informative sales reports
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products and pricing
  • Document all sales team activities meticulously for ongoing enhancement
