Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the service and admin team for project execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Attend industry events and exhibitions.
Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Skills & Software Requirements:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
Leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong business acumen with an ability to identify new market opportunities.
