About the Role
As the Sales Operations Manager at Delta-v your focus will be to ensure that the sales development teams that we operate for our FinTech & SaaS customers are supported with the best possible processes and systems, and that our customers receive accurate reporting and insights.
This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our sales tooling which includes B2B data providers, CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform. You'll also be responsible for managing lead data acquisition, cleaning and consolidation, and owning and refining our end to end client reporting processes.
We're not looking for someone with coding skills, but rather someone who has a love of process, systems and data. As part of your onboarding we'll ensure you get the necessary mentorship, training and certifications to operate successfully in this role.
Requirements
You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
University Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (you must have done first year maths at university)
5+ years work experience
Demonstrated interest in the world of FinTech, SaaS and Startups
You have a passion for process efficiency and strong attention to detail
Expert level Excel / Google Sheets skills - cleaning, manipulating, analysing data using advanced excel functions
Data analysis & reporting skills - using Excel / Google Sheets
Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
Any experience or exposure to CRMs like salesforce, or B2B sales processes would be a major advantage.
