No. GCA_M007OVERVIEW:Join us as a Senior SAP MM Support Specialist where you will be responsible for SAP operation live sites, Governance Process Monitoring and SLA Monitoring.In addition, implementation, and process improvements in key areas of SAP Inventory Management and Procurement modules.GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:-Project tracking and reporting on deviations.-Project risk and issues management.-Logistics and planning coordination.-Provide second and third level support in SAP S/4 MM area - Procurement, Inventory Management and Radio frequency Processes.-Determine business requirements (e.g., functional, and technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions.-Analyse information gathered, document business requirements and map to SAP business processes.-Functionality testing: knowledge of, and ability to use, testing methodologies, processes, and tools, including unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing.-Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area.-Provide support for business applications or infrastructure to maintain productivity level.-Involved in on-going SAP global rollout.-Collaborate with business decision makers and end users.-Implement and maintain SAP MM systems using best practices.-Configure MM solutions in support of business process requirements.-Identify gaps and issues and assist with solution implementations.-Provide Level 3 support to site Super Users and End Users as required.-Perform system changes and configuration.-Ensure MM documentation is kept up to date.-Maintain SAP copper documentation and templates and provide to template owners.-Provide ad hoc informal training and upskilling to SMEs on relevant awareness requirements.-Collate incident management details.-Analyse and implement process improvements as required.-SAP System monitoring related to business processes.-Execute on SAP MM bug fixes implementation.-Collaborate and engage with global Business Process Owners.-Execute and implement system upgrades.-Provide support to Master Data Governance (MDG).-Weekly calls with site SMEs and Global BPOs.KEY RELATIONSHIPS:-SAP Global Support team.-Copper Commercial Service functions (Transactional services, Vendor management, Compliance, Legal Services).-Global BPOxe2x80x99s and SMExe2x80x99s.-Copper IT management.QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:-Matric xe2x80x93 National Senior Certificate-Relevant Degree or Diploma-Post graduate degree (advantageous)-SAP CertifiedWork Experience:-8 years of MM experience plus at least 3 full cycle implementations and 1 S/4 HANA full cycle implementation.-Strong functional/ technical knowledge across the Supply Chain value chain-Experience with Coupa would be advantageous.-Project Management skills.-Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.-Good organization and co-ordination skills required.-Ability to absorb and work under pressure.-High energy individuals with a positive outlook on change.-Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels.Please send internal applications to:
