Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team
Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products.
Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics.
Remove impediments that hinder team progres
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Implement feedback from retrospectives to enhance team performance

JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business,
Engineering or a related field is required. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACP
is an advantage. Experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or finance related fields. *Please note that preference will be given to people with disabilities.
