• Lead advanced penetration tests on computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Develop custom methodologies and tools for unique security challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior cyber resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest security threats and countermeasures.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct IT reviews and audits aligned with the Internal Audit methodology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in processes, information, and controls

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom IT or BSc IT.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent

Experience:

• Exposure within an Audit firm
• 4-6 years of relevant IT security experience, including at least 4 years in penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, cryptography, and application security.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think like an attacker.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical information clearly.
