Our client is an expert sell-side advisory firm that engages themselves in their clients businesses and uses proven practices executed by a specialist team that is committed to finding the right buyer and the best deal.Job & Company DescriptionThe firm has constructed a sell-side M&A framework that leverages both local and international scope and resources.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the local and international M&A market
• Actively source investment opportunities and potential acquirers for local target firms
• Prepare marketing materials and investment recommendations for potential investors or buyers
• Use industry expertise and knowledge to identify potential risks and challenges associated with transactions
• Assess the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market conditions to identify any potential roadblocks or hurdles that may arise during the M&A process
• Evaluate the strategic fit of a potential transaction and assess the potential synergies and benefits that may arise

Job experience & skills required

• Bachelor's degree; BSc or MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough market research within the M&A landscape, both locally and globally (10 years +)
• Strong financial acumen and experience building financial models and conducting valuations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and lead organizational change
• Excellent inquisitive and communication skills, with the ability to actively identify trends and opportunities in the market
• Entrepreneurial energy and an appetite for technology-focused growth
