- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Attitude: Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide clear, detailed information about their vehicle service needs.
- Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Technical Insight: Explain repair and maintenance work to customers, ensuring they understand the necessity and value of the services provided
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including detailed descriptions of services performed and parts used.
