Minimum of 3-year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline.
Fluent in language of country specifically English.
ITIL v3 or v4 certified (ITIL v4 preferred)
SIAM certification advantageous
Minimum of 5 years experience as a service architect or service design discipline within the telecommunications or system integration environment.
Demonstrable experience in the successful engagement with the cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end life cycle of a service
Experience in enterprise architecture advantageous or demonstratable understanding of enterprise architecture
Experience in external customer facing engagements.
Experience working in a large organisation.
KPAs:
Understand and document the existing support environments from a people, process, systems and tools perspective to create a baseline for existing capabilities.
Understand and document key elements of relevant supplier contracts
Support the Solutions Sales strategy to meet the set goals ensuring the relevant customer requirements are considered during service design
Identify service gaps, dependencies, and targets of new service demands, ensuring service risks are agreed and understood by our stakeholders.
Work with Solution Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales Architects and Solution Architects to develop and execute service designs for allocated / selected opportunities
Work with key stakeholders to create reusable, service proposals.
Collaborate across functional teams within the ICT Business to enable the development of solutions necessary to drive the desired business outcomes for customers.
