One of our clients based in Paarden Eiland is looking for a Senior Services Technician, To assist Branch Manager with daily operations to maximize the effective and efficient use of the resources and processes to provide fast, accurate services (i.e. deployment, refueling and collections) and minimize running costs and sites downtime:Role & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Technical qualification (N-level or higher) preferably Diesel mechanical engineering qualifications.xc2xb7 Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Wordxc2xb7 A working knowledge of diesel generators, and or diesel engines monitoring and controllers such as DeepSea Electronics (DES), Datakom, etc.xc2xb7 Familiar with telecommunications industry and generators hire industry.xc2xb7 English proficient and computer literate.xc2xb7 Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedulesxc2xb7 People Management Skills.Skill Requiredxc2xb7 Strong problem solving and analytical skillsxc2xb7 Strong planning skillsxc2xb7 Analytical skills and pay attention to detailsxc2xb7 Good verbal and written communications skillsxc2xb7 Customer service focus & results orientedxc2xb7 Must have working knowledge of Generators.xc2xb7 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsxc2xb7 People Management Skillsxc2xb7 Effectively manage branch operations i.e. deployment, refueling, collections and servicing.xc2xb7 Continually monitor, measure and improve equipment performance and processes improvementxc2xb7 Forecast and budget resource to satisfy forecastsxc2xb7 Advise Branch Manager of changes in available work vs. staffing levelsxc2xb7 Ensure jobs are processed and billed on a daily basishttps://keyrecruitment.co.za/vacancies/?job_id=1270130750
