Senior Site Agent - Job OpportunityHire Resolve is urgently looking for a Senior Site Agent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects for our client, while ensuring successful completion within deadlines and budgets.Project Overview:
Construction of the New Nursing College Kimberley Phase 2A for the Department of Roads and Public Works, Northern Cape.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Knowledge of JBCC, construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Site Management: Manage teams and subcontractors, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in managing general building, sewer, roads, water, and earthworks projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CCS, BuildSmart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A BSc/BTech in a related field is required.
- Valid driver's license and no criminal record.
