Hire Resolve's client, a well-established construction firm specializing in infrastructure development, is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent to join their team in Kimberley, Northern Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee multiple projects and drive operational success.ResponsibilitiesProject Oversight:Supervise and coordinate multiple construction sites.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop Site Agents and site personnel.Allocate resources effectively across various projects.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration among all project stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry, managing contracts for General Building, Sewer, Roads, Water, and Earthworks projects.Matric (Grade 12)BSc / BTech Degree in a Built Environment-related field.Computer Proficiency:CCSBuildSmartMicrosoft Office SuiteBenefits
