SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity for Site AgentsPOSITION INFO:Our client is looking for a Senior Site Agent with strong leadership capabilities, a formal tertiary qualification, and extensive construction experience to oversee the construction of multi-level buildings (4 floors and higher). This pivotal role involves taking full responsibility for large-scale, high-value projects from start to final handover, reporting directly to the Contracts .As the Senior Site Agent, you will be accountable for managing all on-site activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural building plans and develop detailed project timelines, ensuring seamless execution of all construction phases.
• Manage the entire projects time planning, including coordinating resources, scheduling tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee material and plant management, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
• Maintain rigorous quality control and assurance processes to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
• Allocate resources effectively across all construction phases, ensuring maximum productivity.
• Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved and adhered to.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B Tech in Building Construction (a BSc in Construction Management is ideal).
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years in a senior managerial role (Site Agent or Senior Site Agent), with hands-on experience independently managing large-scale, multi-level (4+ stories), high-end construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing a team of senior foreman, foreman, leading hands, and laborers.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing a detailed construction program, including critical paths and timelines, using project management software (e.g., Candy, MS Projects).
• High attention to detail, maintaining the highest quality standards in luxury, upmarket sector construction.
• Stable career history and proven accountability in previous roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with clear and effective communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess issues quickly and efficiently.
• Self-assertive with the ability to make decisions and drive progress.
