A cutting-edge tech company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their innovative R&D team in Cape Town (On-Site). This role is perfect for a seasoned C# developer with expertise in Maui/Xamarin, SQL, and software architecture. Technical leadership and mentoring experience are non-negotiable.

- C# & .NET (Maui/Xamarin)
- SQL, SQLite, MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Blazor, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, CSS (advantageous)
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94xc3xafxc2xb8xc2x8f Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.Key Performance Areas: xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Software Development & Architecture Design and develop scalable software solutions.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Technical Leadership Guide and mentor junior developers.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Code Quality & Reviews Maintain a clean, efficient, and scalable codebase.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Problem-Solving & Debugging Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x94xc2xb9 Agile Development Actively participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
