In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative features and functionalities that drive our client's mission of financial inclusion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and products.
• Design and implement new functionalities for web-based applications.
• Ensure solutions align with team standards and initial requirements.
• Participate in code reviews to enhance code quality and team learning.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions on developed solutions and best practices.
• Produce well-documented, high-quality, tested, reusable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Select the appropriate tools and approaches for solving problems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP or .NET Core development and object-oriented programming.
• Proficient in SQL and RESTful API services.
• Experience in database management, including data migration, transformation, and scripting.
• Applied understanding of design patterns and principles.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with modern Git workflows (Pull Requests, Code Reviews, CI/CD).
• Experience developing complex and scalable web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and security principles.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony for PHP roles.
• Front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in Agile Software Development Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Grade 12 or equivalent is essential.
