Qualifications
- Matric
- Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-8 years experience in an Object Orientation language.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5-8 years experience in Object Orientation.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SQL.
- Familiarity with scrum methodology and Agile development practices.
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable software in accordance with business requirements.
- Produce effective, highly maintainable, secure, and properly tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Perform thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to company standards.
- Identify and analyse existing issues within the system and propose solutions.
- Assist in QA testing on technical issues.
- Ability to work alone or with team members to design and develop solutions.
- Diligently provide documentation on all software that has been developed.
- Assist in the specification of documentations in alignment with company standards.
- Unit test each unit of code to confirm expected results are achieved
