As their Senior Salesperson, youll be at the forefront of expanding their reach across the African continent.Your role will involve:

  • Sales strategy and execution
  • Client relationship management
  • Payment solutions expertise
  • Product positioning
  • Sales team leadership
  • Sales reporting and analytics
  • Compliance and risk management
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies across Africa, understanding their unique needs and how their solutions can address them
  • Persuasive Presentations: Use your expertise to articulate the benefits of their technology solutions in a clear and compelling manner, without being pushy. Your goal is to educate and inspire confidence
  • Tech Translation: Break down complex technical aspects of their products into understandable, relatable terms for clients who may not be tech-savvy, ensuring they grasp how their solutions will benefit their operations
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while navigating diverse market landscapes and overcoming any obstacles with determination and creativity
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in sales, particularly in financial or tech sectors, and a deep understanding of payment solutions.
  • Have extensive experience in different regions of Africa (traveling).
  • You possess the grit and tenacity needed to drive sales while also demonstrating the patience to explain and educate about complex products.
  • Youre comfortable with technology and can simplify the tech side of their products for clients, ensuring they feel confident in their decision to choose their solutions.
  • You understand and respect the diverse cultures and business practices within Africa, allowing you to tailor your approach and build genuine connections.
  • Travel to Africa.
