Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Event Execution: Lead the kitchen team during high-profile events and private functions, ensuring seamless execution.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in an ultra-luxury or Michelin-starred environment.
  • Culinary Expertise: Advanced skills in a wide range of cuisines and cooking techniques, with a passion for innovation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of developing kitchen staff.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing kitchen budgets, cost controls, and inventory effectively.
