Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

Must have previous experience working in a luxury safari lodge environment
Must be able to manage all aspects of operating a kitchen
Must be able to be creative in menu planning and food presentation
Stock control and costing reports
Must have good knowledge of health and safety regulations
Comply with standards of service & assist in assuring the same from all kitchen staff
Ensure that work areas are always kept clean
Overseeing that all food items are prepared on time to quality standards
Creative & passionate about foods
Attention to detail
Good team player
Act in good faith & in the best interest of the Company at all times
Presentable, well-spoken individual
