Position criteria:
Seeking a Senior Sous Chef who is passionate about their craft and who has a strong attention to detail. You will be partnering with the Head Chef in running daily operations of the Hotel culinary offering. The Senior Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in creating contemporary dishes on the seasonal menus, which must be inspired by South African flavours but reflect the chefs own creative flair. Dishes should reflect elements of heritage. Good knowledge on Western Cape and South African food heritage will be an advantage.
