- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and
cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrable proficiency in workforce planning software and tools.
