QUALIFICATIONS
- Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
- B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- Master of Business Administration (Recommended/Desirable)EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of relevant organisation design experience with a verified track record of delivery.
- Deep specialist knowledge and practical application of stratified systems thinking, with a focus on operational and strategic workforce planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership and
cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrable proficiency in workforce planning software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.REQUIREMENTS
