Ensure accurate cost estimation based on coverage of customer requirements and project scope
Ensure project budget are managed within project scope
Ensure projects are delivered on target within due date, budget and according to scope and project governance
Ensure traceability of defined benefits throughout the life cycle of the project and escalate any deviations arising through out the project
Ensure management of scope, including coverage of customer requirements, are create based on estimations
Manage delivery of project against agreed schedule
Meet project requirements by providing advice to clients on most appropriate project management approach

Customer Relationship Management
Identify project stakeholders, communicate their roles, define their level of participation in project, map their communication needs and stakeholder engagement strategies manage through the project plan.
Ensure each stakeholder group is actively managed through the change cycle
Ensure business change impact is conducted across process, systems and technology in accordance with change management plan
Manage project by ensuring roles are defined, behaviors and operations are understood and strategies defined in project schedule
Ensure customers are informed by coaching the customers and management where processes and systems are changed

Ensure client needs are accurately captured in scope through sign off obtained from stakeholders
Ensure sufficient resource allocations through effective resource negotiation with both internal and external clients

Manage delivery of large and complex projects according to prevailing Project Management methodology
Conduct effective resource negotiation and allocation by providing advise on project resource requirements, capacity and risk
Ensure compliance to procedures, policies guidelines
Identify obstacles and escalate deviations from project plan through formal project governance channels
Direct and coordinate activities and monitor delivery of resources deployed to the project
Manage project resource performance together with the line manager
Manage project performance review with senior project mentors
Monitor project performance and mitigate all project risk by ensuring effective project governance structures are established and effectively managed
Manage project plan by identifying the impact of projects on all aspects of business operations
Ensure change management requirements are understood through communication with impacted stakeholders
Ensure change management plan is included and managed as part of the overall Project Management Plan

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Proven experience in program management.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing a team.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Understanding of project & business process management.
Experience
8-10 years' relevant experience in Managing Business and Technical programs and projects
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
3-5 yrs relevant experience in planning, executing & managing ROI projects & programmes, change management & product lifecycle management.
Excellent and proactive Stakeholder management skills
Identify reporting KPI's and translate them into measurable data for PMO reporting
