Senior Specialist: Solutions Architect

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and manage solution deliverables for the Enterprise Business Unit.
- Lead solution design for customer value propositions and drive market awareness.
- Make key decisions on managed networking services, solution architecture, and technology direction.
- Oversee the execution of solution architecture, manage vendor performance, and ensure customer experience.
- Provide input on market data, competitive intelligence, and support sales targets.
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience in solution architecture or related roles.
- CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification preferred.
- Degree or National Diploma in IT/engineering/marketing/business management.
- Post Graduate Degree in IT/Engineering/Marketing/Business Management.
- Additional certifications in Cisco and Forti Security, Huawei/Fortinet, Microsoft Cloud, AWS Cloud, ITIL, Agile are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of managed network services and solution architecture.
- Experience with Cisco/Fortinet/Velocloud/Huawei/Velocloud SD-WAN type solutions.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, WAN (MPLS, Internet, DWDM), and large enterprise solutions.
